Most in-stock items ship within 3-5 business days. For larger furniture pieces requiring white-glove delivery, please allow 2-4 weeks for transit and professional assembly in your home.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Nucleus ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics network to support international orders in the near future.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made upholstery and final sale items are not eligible for return.
