At Nucleus, we want you to love your home; if your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging to ensure a smooth refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
